Books
The Bombing of Edinburgh & Leith 1939–1942
Tom Wood
Tom's account of the fifteen German air raids on Edinburgh and Leith between 1939 and 1942, a largely forgotten chapter of the city's war. Built on newly discovered photographs and original reports, it tells the stories of the people who lived through the raids alongside the city's defences. All net proceeds go to the Edinburgh, Lothian and Borders Police Historical Society.
